FAQ’s

For cancellations, CREDITS and REFUND are the same thing. Please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled class to receive either credit or a refund. Any cancellation less than 24 hours can not be credited or refunded. If sick, or unable to attend in person, the virtual option is always available. It is very important that if your child is not well or has come into contact with anyone who is not well, you opt for the virtual option instead of coming in person. Please give me at least 2 hours (if not more) advance notice so that we can prepare a folder of handouts for you to pick up.

Please advise your children not to talk about the tutoring reviews to their Roslyn teachers and do not bring any of the materials I give them to school. They should bring the folder and handouts with them to the reviews when they come to me. All material is copyright-protected and should not be shared without permission.

Masks are optional. Please wear one if you have been exposed to anyone who has any sickness. Initially- each student will be provided a pen, folder, reference table, and notebook to bring to each session and use for the year. They must bring the materials to each session when they return. Water is available if they need it. I recommend that they eat something before they arrive so that they are not hungry during the session. Please do not send food as we cannot have eating during the reviews.

Students should enter through the front door. When getting dropped off, please pull to the side of the road so other cars can still pass. Always pull up far away from the corner of Glen Cove Road so cars can still turn off the main road.

Please do not be late for pick up! Use the parking spots in the front and back of the building at pick-up. If you are going to wait on the side street (Sherrard Street), you must pull as far forward and over to the right so other cars can still safely pass.

Any student who is a distraction to others cannot be a part of the group. We are busy every moment of the class, learning the concepts and practicing questions. Students are expected to cooperate with this serious tone in mind.
